Delivery & Returns

We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions and simple sizing guidelines for our products (please see product sizing info). However, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order – items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. 

We have the following options available:

  

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 12 months) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional can’t be returned for an online credit or refund.

 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and your original Order No. & date of purchase.

Please check our return requirements have been met. Otherwise, we are unable to process your request.

Please allow up to five business days from the day your return is received by our online store for it to be processed.
