Orders & Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the most major credit and debit card brands from across the globe. Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and PayPal.
How long will my package take to arrive?
We value your order and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless advised otherwise (with the exception of bespoke goods). We ship with Australia Post, with standard delivery ( 4-10 days ) and express service ( 1-4 days ). You can read more about delivery here.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
No, unfortunately some of our delivery partners are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a street address for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Ordered the wrong size? Harness colour doesn’t match your fur tone?
We understand that sometimes you just have to return something. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. That includes having no fur on the item and all packaging and tags still attached to the item.

I purchased a product on sale, can I return it?
Items purchased during a sale or promotional can’t returned for an online credit or refund.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what do I do?
We are very sorry if you receive any faulty, damaged or incorrect items with your order as we strive for excellence in quality and customer service. With that said, we understand that nobody is perfect and mishaps can happen. If your item(s) are damaged or defective in any way when you first receive them, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@petshub.com.au and we will arrange a suitable remedy. To enable us to sort this out quickly, please make sure you include your order number, your contact details, photo(s) of the fault or damage and a brief description.
Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customers service team. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with a return postage label so that you can return the item to us. Please ensure you contact us regarding any faults, damage, or defects within 7 days from when received by you.

What size should I buy?

The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it comes back?
Yes! If you love our accessories as much as we do, we can understand why you wouldn’t want to miss out on a possible restock. To be notified of any restocks, simply send us an email to let us know which product and size you are interested in at hello@petshub.com.au or via the CONTACT US page. This will also help our team to gauge whether or not to restock the style so we would love you to let us know!
Discounts
Something I ordered is now on sale. Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments. Our sales are for limited time only and while supplies lasts.
Why is my discount code not working with a sale item?
Discount codes only work on full price orders.
