Exchange
We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions of our products and simple sizing guidelines for our products (see product sizing guide). However, should you wish to exchange your goods you may do so within 14 days of receipt. As long as the item is in “as new” condition, Petshub will accept it and replace your purchase with a product with the same value. Please contact us at hello@petshub.com.au so we can help you through the process. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final. Please be mindful of this when selecting your product.
Returns
You are entitled to a return within 14 days of your receipt. After this point, we cannot offer you a refund. To return an item, please contact us at hello@petshub.com.au
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (shipping costs will not be refunded).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
