Welcome to Petshub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Petshub app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Petshub

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post — photos, profiles, posts, and messages. By posting, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content so we can operate the Service. You're responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Don't harass other users or misuse community features.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Health information disclaimer

Petshub helps you organize your pet's records and reminders, but it is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee.

5. Bookings

Vet bookings made through the Service are agreements between you and the clinic. We facilitate scheduling but are not responsible for the care provided, availability, or cancellations.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
